From time to time the RHRA is made aware of applications within our boundaries for minor variances before the City of Toronto’s Committee of Adjustment. Notices of such applications and hearing dates are typically delivered by the City to residents in close proximity of the application. We track upcoming hearings on this page in the event that Regal Heights residents may wish to learn more about these applications and/or plan to attend to express support or objection.
