RHRA has learned that a new owner with a new proposal is planning a development for the North-West corner of St. Clair and Alberta (the LCBO site). Canderel Residential proposes a 12-storey mixed-use project on the site composing some 1.3 million sq. ft. across 169 residential condominium apartment units and approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of retail/service commercial uses.

This update was received from the Councillor’s office: “908 St. Clair West is coming to the Committee of Adjustment soon and our office is obtaining $450,000 community benefit for park improvements and other public amenities in the area.”
