Nov 19 2017 Information: The following message was received from City Planning:
We have recently learned that that developers Elad Canada & Freed Developments have resubmitted their development application for the Galleria Mall site at 1245 Dupont St.
This latest re-submission has responded to several concerns raised by Councillor Ana Bailão, local residents, and City Planning regarding the initial proposal.
As both local and active members of the community, I would like to invite you to a stakeholder meeting aimed at discussing several topics associated with this development proposal.
The first meeting will take place on Tues Nov 28, at 6:30 p.m., at the Re-Imagine Galleria space located in the Galleria Mall, adjacent to the LCBO.
Due to the fact that this development application has changed substantially since it was initially submitted, City Planning will be hosting a community meeting to present the new proposal on Monday, December 4, 2017, at 6:30 p.m., at the Galleria Mall.
