Staff members show participants how to use the 3D printers available at Toronto Public Library Digital
Innovation Hubs. Class instruction includes:
* How to prepare a 3D design file for print
* How to use the equipment properly and safely
* A review of the rules and guidelines for using the 3D printer
iMovie for Beginners (Teens and Adults) (2 hours)
An introduction to using iMovie on the Mac. Basic video editing techniques will be taught like using transitions and titles, adding audio and a soundtrack, cutting and splicing, and mastering the timeline.
Scratch Coding (Ages 10 and up) (1 hour)
Learn how to create simple computer games with easy to use drag and drop Scratch coding.
VR Tech Experience
Come in and take a look at a 3d Printer in action. Play around with programmable robots, Dash and Sphero SPRK+, try out HTC vive virtual reality, and learn about electricity with Snap Circuits.
